Take a horse-drawn sleigh or wagon ride to the Captain Enoch Remick House where you can tour the festively decorated home, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. See vintage toy displays once owned by the Remick Family and traditionally decorated Christmas trees. Children can pop popcorn the old fashion way on the Glenwood Stove and try wassail, gingerbread and hot cider!
At the Remick Museum and Farm a stone’s throw from the Captain Enoch Remick House, enjoy making fun Christmas crafts and watch demonstrations and sample syllabub and candied nuts. A concession stand will also be available with more wonderful home-made goodies for purchase. There will be shepherd’s pie, veggie chili, roll or biscuits and cranberry cake with butter sauce. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea and water offered.
Explore the merry Remick Museum and Farm, adorned in holiday cheer with your family or friends. Find unique and special New Hampshire produced gifts with country charm in the Museum Store. Admission price is $5, but does not include concession stand prices. Members and children ages 4 and under are free.
