“I enjoyed your class last Saturday. It was great to try different foods, like dandelion pesto, then have a wonderful discussion about herbs and how to incorporate them into our everyday foods. I made the parsley pesto! I look forward to more classes with you.”  ~ Workshop attendee from Bedford, MA
