Early Harvest Dinner

A summer’s evening, a special setting, creatively prepared farm-fresh foods...
Join us as we welcome back Chef Kaylon Sweet to prepare a delectable dinner, inspired by the foods we raise and grow, and served surrounded by our beautiful, historic homestead.

  • Your evening begins with a tour of our late-summer gardens and the surrounding pastureland.
     
  • Then, settle at a charmingly set table under our outdoor tent, where you will savor a delightful four-course meal with an intimate gathering of other farm-fresh enthusiasts.
     
  • As you dine, enjoy the quaint setting and background music provided by our grazing farm animals.

AT TABLE
Biscuits served with Jam and Herbed Butter

SOUP
Roasted Berry Soup topped with Creme Fraiche and Cucumber

SALAD
Locally Foraged Greens and Flowers with Tomatoes and Roasted Late Summer Vegetables, served with Rhubarb or Creamy Herb Dressing

Roasted Green Beans with Onions and Bacon Ratatouille
