Harvest the vitality sent down into roots during the growing season!
Join Museum Educator/Herbalist Carol Felice for this hands-on and tasty workshop. Learn to recognize and harvest medicinal and wild edible plant roots. Then bring the bounty into the kitchen to create a delicious lunch and a medicinal remedy. You will go home well nourished, with a remedy, a supply of fresh assorted roots, and a do-it-yourself roots guidebook in hand.

Cost: $60 members; $70 non-members
For ages 16 (with parent) and above. This class will take place outdoors and in; dress for the weather rain or shine and for walking uphill on irregular lawn and garden surfaces. Call to discuss accessibility needs. Registration required; registration closes Tuesday, October 15/when filled. Call 603-323-7591 to reserve your spot.
