Learn the significance of, and how to use the “5 tastes” to create
powerfully nourishing food!
Bring your appetite and taste samples from a sumptuous smorgasbord prepared by Museum Educator/Herbalist, Carol Felice. Foods will be made from Remick-grown and wild-harvested vegetables and medicinal herbs; take home the recipes. And, yes, there will be chocolate cake!
(Tastings will begin at 2 p.m. We suggest eating a light/early lunch.)
