Let Food Be Thy Medicine



Learn the significance of, and how to use the “5 tastes” to create
powerfully nourishing food!

Bring your appetite and sample from a sumptuous array of foods made from a variety of organic and wild-harvested vegetables and medicinal herbs. And yes, the menu even includes a healthy chocolate cake! Handouts: Many recipes and discussion materials. Tastings begin at 2 p.m. We suggest eating a light/early lunch.
