GIVE YOUR GARDEN A HEALTHY START

Planning Your Medicine Garden

SATURDAY, MAY 13 | 1–3:30 PM

Create a happy, healthy garden that can make you healthier in return!
Through slides, discussion, a garden visit, and tasting, we will get to know the planting needs and uses of 17 beautiful medicinal plants. We will address details like: Will the Bee balm overshadow the Lemon balm? And just how wide will the Elecampane reach? We will share teas made from some of our subjects and you will take home a booklet of their planting and harvesting guidelines. We plan to have potted herbs for sale.

Cost: $30/$40 non-members, includes Museum admission.
Registration closes Tuesday, May 9, or earlier if filled.

Dress for the weather: This class will take place indoors and out (weather permitting).
