Harvest the vitality sent down into roots during the growing season!
Join Museum Educator/Herbalist, Carol Felice, for this hands on and tasty workshop. We will be outside on the Farm learning to recognize and harvest medicinal and wild edible plant roots. Then we will bring our bounty into the kitchen to make our delicious lunch and a medicinal remedy. You will go home well nourished, with a remedy, a supply of fresh assorted roots, and a do-it-yourself roots guidebook in hand.

Cost: $45 for members/$55 for non-members | Ages 16 (with parent) & above
Pre-registration required.
