Registration Policy
- Full payment is due at the time of your registration.
- Over the phone: credit or debit card.
- Online: credit card or other provided options.
- In-person: cash, check, credit or debit card.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel up to 7 days BEFORE the event, a refund will be issued to you, minus a $5 cancellation fee.
- If you cancel WITHIN 7 days of the event, no refund will be given, unless we can fill the space.
A $5 cancellation fee will be charged, even if we fill the space. - If the museum must cancel an event, you will be notified via your provided contact information and you will receive a full refund (where applicable). We suggest you call ahead during business hours if the weather is questionable on the day of your event. We are closed on snow days when our local school district (SAU13) has canceled school and/or when weather prevents safe opening — closings are posted on our Facebook page. - For events that do not require registration/a reservation, we will do our best to make the public aware of the schedule change via our Facebook page page.
