As a perfect cabin fever reliever\, March will include buckets of opportunities for you to get outside to learn about the maple sugaring process at Remick. \nExplore how to make maple syrup\, from start to finish. Enjoy a walk around the Remick farmstead as we identify the appropriate maple trees for tapping\, learn about the science behind maple sap production\, practice proper maple sugaring tool use\, and learn how sap is turned into syrup at our sugarhouse.
