SUMMARY:From Landscape to Foodscape: Cooking from Your Pantry
DESCRIPTION:CANCELLED \nThe crisp days and cool evenings of fall are upon us as we take stock and plan for the winter ahead. The seasonal unpredictability of winter travel means a well-stocked pantry is your friend when it comes to meal planning and nutrition. As we close out our Foodscape program series\, we’ll reflect on the previous sessions and think creatively about cooking from a pantry – both as a means of stretching financial resources and eliminating the need to head to the store on a snowy day. During this workshop we will review basic pantry contents and sample some easily prepared recipes. \nThis program takes place indoors and outdoors and includes hands-on activity in the Remick gardens.\nWorkshop leader: TBA \n\nFREE for members | $5 suggested donation for nonmembers\nFor ages 16+\, ages 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult.\nPreregistration is appreciated; walk-ins are welcome.\nTo preregister or for more information\, call (603) 323-7591 or email info@remickmuseum.org. \nThis workshop is part of our Fall at the Farmstead schedule. \n  \nImage: Ashnu A via Unsplash
