Every season offers new opportunities to
take part in real, fresh experiences.

Quality learning, quality time.
The Remick property is a unique classroom for your child and offers memorable quality time for your family.

  • As of Wednesday, July 1, 2020, we are open and operating under museum guidelines provided by the governor of the State of New Hampshire, made necessary by the COVID-19 outbreak. As a result, all programming and events are on hold until further notice. If we are able to resume a more typical schedule in the fall, we will offer these activities:

  • Year-round, we provide unplugged learning opportunities.
Read an overview of the museum and farm.

  • Whether it’s a class for your child or a vacation activity for the family, our programming is season-based and interactive.

  • No matter the subject, we work to assist participants in making engaged discoveries of their own.

  • SUMMER 2020: Download and color Sarah Rosedahl’s “Mask Up, Protect the Flock” coloring page! Thank you to Sarah for her permission to share her fun artwork with you and to post at the farm.

Class topics relate to many aspects of Remick history, with an emphasis on agriculture and the farm property. We invite your family to join us throughout the school year to explore the beautiful and ever-changing Remick farmstead!

  • Young Farmers | Ages 2–6
Get to know the wonders of a farm with your child. This year-round activity will engage your child through hands-on activities, crafts, and a story, all while teaching him/her a season-based lesson.

  • Remick Homeschool Classes | Ages 6–18
Join us for a monthly two-hour interactive, hands-on class that incorporates agriculture, nature, science and/or math.

  • Remick Ramblers | Ages 6–18
These nature explorations meet one Thursday a month and lead kids in making engaged, outdoor discoveries using, or related to, the museum property.

  • Hillsdale 4-H Dairy Club | Ages 8–18
Founded and led by our farm manager, Lindsey McAllister, Remick Farm’s 4-H club meets year-round and, among other projects, prepares for competing in New Hampshire agricultural fairs during the summer months.
