Every season offers new opportunities to
take part in real, fresh experiences.

Quality learning, quality time.
The Remick property is a unique classroom for your child and offers memorable quality time for your family.

  • We provide unplugged, outdoor learning opportunities rooted in nature and science.
Read an overview of the museum and farm.

  • Whether it’s a class for your child or an activity for the family, our programming is season-based and interactive.

  • No matter the subject, we work to assist participants in making engaged discoveries of their own.

Class topics relate to many aspects of Remick history, with an emphasis on agriculture and the farm’s property. We invite your family to join us throughout the school year to explore the beautiful and ever-changing Remick farmstead!

  • Remick Homeschool Classes | Ages 5–18
Join us for science- and/or nature-based classes on the historic Remick farmstead. Each hands-on session takes place one Wednesday per month during the school year.

  • Young Farmers | Ages 2–6 For the time being, this program is on hold.
Get to know the wonders of a farm with your child. This year-round activity will engage your child through hands-on activities, crafts, and a story, all while teaching him/her a season-based lesson.

  • Remick Ramblers | Ages 6–18 For the time being, this program is on hold.
These nature explorations meet one Thursday a month and lead kids in making engaged, outdoor discoveries using, or related to, the museum property.

  • Hillsdale 4-H Dairy Club | Ages 8–18 For the time being, this program is on hold.
Founded and led by our farm manager, Lindsey McAllister, Remick Farm’s 4-H club meets year-round and, among other projects, prepares for competing in New Hampshire agricultural fairs during the summer months.
