A LEARNING TREK THROUGH THE SNOW

Guided Snowshoe Hike

SATURDAY, JANUARY 4 | 10AM

Join us for a guided winter snowshoe hike!
Join Remick program manager and interpretive guide Jim Cruickshank on a guided snowshoe hike* around the Binsack Trail and farmstead. During this ramble across the grounds, participants will be encouraged to keep their senses about them for winter wildlife sightings. Discussions of the changing farmstead and other relevant themes will occur as well! Participants must provide their snowshoes (and trekking poles, if available).

This activity is subject to cancellation due to severe weather or poor ground conditions. Cancellation will occur a day or two before the event date and be announced on this webpage and social media. Please call ahead if you are concerned that cancellation might be a last-minute possibility. *This will be a winter walk if conditions are not appropriate for snowshoes.
