Here at Remick Farm, great effort, time and resources are dedicated to our animal breeding programs. The results are noticeable and we are proud to make high-quality, locally-produced meats available for sale in our museum store. Our livestock are:

REMICK-RAISED MEAT CSA PROGRAM

Each hand-selected assortment of beef and lamb cuts is boxed just ahead of your scheduled pick-up dates: one pickup a month for three consecutive months, you choose the months. Pickup dates generally fall within the first week of the month.


BEEF: SMALL | Perfect for small appetites, singles, couples

  • 7-8/lbs of beef per month
  • $250 Members ~ $50 deposit | $275 Non-members ~ $55 deposit
  • Deposit due at time of signup, balance due the Friday before pickup

BEEF: LARGE | Perfect for families, extra guests, or holiday stock-up
  • Approximately 15 pounds of beef per month
  • $500 Members ~ $100 deposit | $550 Non-members ~ $110 deposit
  • Deposit due at time of signup, balance due the Friday before pickup

LAMB: SMALL | Perfect for small appetites, singles, couples
  • 3–4 pounds of lamb per month
  • $100 Members ~ $20 deposit | $125 Non-members ~ $25 deposit
  • Deposit due at time of signup, balance due the Friday before pickup

LAMB: LARGE | Perfect for families, extra guests, or holiday stock-up
  • Approximately 8 pounds of lamb per month
  • $200 Members ~ $40 deposit | $250 Non-members ~ $50 deposit
  • Deposit due at time of signup, balance due the Friday before pickup 
 

General Details

  • Professionally wrapped and supplied frozen, boxed and sealed for easy transport.
  • Preordering is required and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Pickup at the museum store.
