 SPECIAL | $70
Weight: Approximately 8 pounds

  • 2 packages Stew Beef — approximately 2.5 pounds
  • 1 Boneless Roast: Chuck or Bottom Round — approximately 2.2 pounds
  • 1 Package of Short Ribs — approximately 3.4 pounds

PORK SPECIAL | $70
Weight: Approximately 9.7 pounds

  • 2 Roasts: Butt and/or Shoulder — 3.5 pounds per roast
  • 1 Package of Country-Style Ribs — 1.5 pounds
  • 2 Packages of Pork Loin Chops, 4 chops total — 1.2 pounds

  • Professionally wrapped and supplied frozen, boxed and sealed for easy transport
  • Sold at a 10% discount off of the museum store retail price
  • Available on a first-come, first-served basis; preorder required
