Join our Summer Beef CSA—local beef at its Remick-best.
CSA stands for “community-supported agriculture” and we’re thrilled to provide you—our community—with the opportunity to bring delicious, top-quality meats to your dinner table at a discounted price.

Remick-Raised means Quality-Assured
Here at Remick Farm, great effort, time and resources are dedicated to our animal breeding programs. The results are noticeable and we are proud to make high-quality, locally-produced meats available for sale in our museum store. Our livestock are:

  • Naturally raised and grass-fed
  • Antibiotic-free
  • Hormone-free
  • Treated with care


SUMMER BEEF CSA | $250 Members | $275 Nonmembers
Weight: 7–8 pounds per box; 21–24 pounds total

  • A selection of seasonal favorites, such as steak tips, kabobs, burger patties, steaks, etc.
  • A complete share includes three boxes of beef: one box provided in June, July and August
  • Shares are available on a first-come, first-served basis; share items may not be self-selected
  • Shares must be picked up at the museum; shareholders are notified when each box is ready for pickup
  • Our meats are professionally wrapped and supplied frozen, with each month’s selection boxed and sealed for easy transport

LAMB CSA ADD-ON | $100 Members | $125 Nonmembers
Weight: 3 pounds per box; 9 pounds total
  • A selection of cuts—such as chops, kabob meat, a small roast—and ground lamb
  • Shares follow the same criteria as listed above
  • The Lamb CSA is not available as a standalone share

A non-refundable 20% deposit for your CSA selection is required upon signup, with the balance due before the first pick-up date in June.
