ocal meats at their Remick-best.

CSA stands for “community-supported agriculture” and we’re thrilled to provide you—our community—with the opportunity to bring delicious, top-quality meats to your dinner table at a discounted price.

General Information

  • A Remick Meat CSA “share” includes a selection of beef, pork and whole chicken
  • A complete share includes three boxes of meats, with one box provided in each of three months: June, July and August
    • 12–14 pounds of assorted meats are included in each box, for a total of approximately 36–42 pounds of meats for the complete CSA
    • Share selections may not be self-selected
  • Shares must be picked up at the museum
    • CSA shareholders will receive a call when each box is ready for pickup
  • Our CSA meats are professionally wrapped and supplied frozen, with each month’s selection boxed and sealed for safe and easy transport
  • Shares are sold on a first-come, first-served basis
  • CSA meats are sold at a 20% discount off of the museum store retail price


The Quality of Remick Meats

Our livestock is:

  • Naturally raised and grass-fed
  • Antibiotic-free
  • Hormone-free
  • Treated with care

COST: $350 for members; $450 for non-members
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required upon signup, with the balance due before the first pick-up date in June.
