Look ahead to the sweetest month of the year! Conditions permitting, March will include opportunities for you to learn about the maple sugaring process at Remick.
Your guided tour will provide an overview of the history of of sap collecting, which trees are tapped and how, the impact of weather on sap flow, changes to sugaring caused by our changing climate, the sap boiling process and more.
