The crisp days and cool evenings of fall are upon us as we take stock and plan for the winter ahead. The seasonal unpredictability of winter travel means a well-stocked pantry is your friend when it comes to meal planning and nutrition. As we close out our Foodscape program series, we’ll reflect on the previous sessions and think creatively about cooking from a pantry – both as a means of stretching financial resources and eliminating the need to head to the store on a snowy day. During this workshop we will review basic pantry contents and sample some easily prepared recipes.
This program takes place indoors and outdoors and includes hands-on activity in the Remick gardens.
