Registration & Cancellation Policies

Registration Policy

Full payment is due at the time of your registration:

  • Phone registration — (603) 323-7591: credit and debit card payment options.
  • Email registration — info@remickmuseum.org.
  • Online registration: credit card and other provided options. Available for special events.
  • In-person registration: cash, check, credit, debit card, Apple Pay and Venmo options. 

 

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel up to 7 days before the event, a refund will be issued to you, minus a $5 cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of the event, no refund will be given, unless we can fill the space. A $5 cancellation fee will be charged, even if we fill the space.
  • If the museum must cancel an activity/class/event/program, you will be notified via your provided contact information and you will receive a full refund (where applicable). We suggest you call ahead during business hours if the weather is questionable on the day of your scheduled visit. We are closed on snow days when our local school district (SAU13) has canceled school and/or when weather prevents safe opening — closings are posted on our Facebook and Instagram pages.   • For events that do not require registration/a reservation, we will do our best to make the public aware of the schedule change via our Facebook and Instagram pages.
