This February, enjoy premium, locally raised grass-fed beef with our 4-week Beef CSA program!

Each week in February, shareholders receive 4-6 lbs. of carefully curated beef cuts, thoughtfully selected to give you a delicious mix of everyday favorites, special items, and a “Farmer’s Choice” selection — all conveniently boxed and ready for pick-up at the Remick Museum & Farm Store (58 Cleveland Hill Rd., Tamworth, NH). Each Farmer’s Choice item is accompanied by helpful information about the cut, how it is best prepared, and a tasty recipe.

All Remick beef is responsibly raised, pasture-based, and processed at a USDA-certified facility — qualities and care you can taste. Weekly assortment list provided below.


Designed for flexibility and convenience:

Weekly Pickup Option — Perfect for limited freezer space.
Pick up your weekly share every Wednesday between 12:00 and 4:00 p.m., beginning February 4th. Additional days and times may be possible, by arrangement.

Bulk Pickup Option — Prefer to stock up?
Choose to receive your entire share at once (approximately 25 lbs). Pick-up time can be scheduled for Monday thru Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during February.
