Take a Hike... with a Goat!

A goat meet-and-greet at its Remick-best.
Take a guided hike along the 3/4-mile Binsack Trail with a Remick educator... and some goats!
Start your adventure by learning about our Nubian goats and their roles on the farm. Then, spend the rest of your time hiking with our frolicking goat kids as they lead you to their favorite snacking places on the farm and enjoying the views along the way. Don’t forget your camera! Hike length: 45–60 minutes.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Not all participants are guaranteed to have a goat to lead for the entire hike; however, multiple goats will take part in the hike.
- The number of goats available for your hike may be impacted by the number of goats living at the farm — please call to inquire if this is a concern for your group.
This activity is subject to cancellation due to severe weather. In the event of cancellation, every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule your hike.
*Goat Hikes take place before the museum and grounds open to the public in the morning, making for an especially unique and private time on the farm.
COST: $15 per person | $12 for members | Free for ages 3 and under
All ages (ages 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult).
Minimum of 2 paying participants, maximum of 8 people per group; limited to one group per session. Preregistration is required by 3PM the day before; reservation requests will be honored in the order in which they are received.
